Cancellations

Life happens. Before booking a session, do your utmost to ensure the time will be available. In the event of an emergency, you may reschedule with at least three hours notice. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session on the day it is booked, call me at 403.464.5117 and leave a voicemail if you do not get through. Twenty-four hours in advance, you may call or email to notify me of your need to cancel.

Cancelling a session or rescheduling, if you notify me, is acceptable. Cancelling more than one session in a row may result in losing your position in my stable.

No Shows

If you cannot attend a session or meeting with me, it is imperative you call.  Even if circumstances result in a last-minute need to reschedule, I will look more favourably upon it if you contact me.

Simply not showing up to a scheduled meeting or session  will result in permanent loss of your position in my stable.
